Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. This role requires working on-site with responsibilities spanning coordination, clerical duties, reporting, maintenance arrangements, and technical problem-solving aimed at enhancing productivity and quality. The coordinator will also oversee communications equipment maintenance and supervise a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with different departments or work units to synchronize operations.
- Carry out routine administrative and clerical tasks to support logistical workflows.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports to management as needed.
- Organize and schedule maintenance and repair activities for transportation assets.
- Keep detailed work records and logs for operational tracking and accountability.
- Address and resolve operational challenges by providing technical advice and recommending improvements to productivity and product excellence.
- Assist in maintaining communication devices essential for transportation activities.
- Supervise and guide one to two staff members.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of secondary (high) school education.
- Between 7 months to less than one year of relevant work experience.
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Capability to work on-site; remote work is not permitted for this position.

- Capacity to handle repetitive tasks and manage heavy loads.
- Physical stamina required due to the demanding nature of the role.
