UX/UI Designer, User Experience Team

Overview

Join Pozzod's User Experience Team as a UX/UI Designer based in Seattle, WA. This role involves creating refined, impactful designs that enhance user interactions with our property technology solutions. You'll work closely within your product area to deliver insightful, user-centered design that solves real challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the technology and functionality within your assigned product domain.
• Conduct research to derive insights on user behavior and business impact relevant to your products.
• Develop detailed deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes (low and high fidelity), mockups, and prototypes to address user needs effectively.
• Present UX findings clearly and efficiently to the design team, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts.

Requirements

• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing comprehensive, well-crafted customer journeys.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in interactive or visual design fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in mobile, communication, and collaboration technologies.
• Skilled in producing polished design prototypes and visual communication materials.
• Capable of accurately estimating project scopes, prioritizing tasks independently.
• Proven track record of contributions impacting product launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related area, or equivalent professional expertise.
• Proficiency with design software tools including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.

Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000 annually
