Job Description

We are looking to hire Food & Beverage Waiters / Stewards for our Pizza Express locations in Bengaluru, including Forum Mall, Falcon City, South Bangalore, Konanakunte Cross Metro Station, and Anjanadri Layout, Konanakunte.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an outstanding dining experience, serving them promptly and attentively.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu to inform customers about food options and ongoing promotions, responding to any inquiries.
• Accurately record orders on guest tickets and promptly enter them into the POS system.
• Follow legal alcohol service protocols, verifying age and preventing guest intoxication.
• Handle financial transactions correctly, including credit card processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at service stations, setting up and breaking down tables as required.
• Carry out shift changes, opening, and closing tasks as scheduled.
• Comply with company safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support team members during busy periods as needed.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and managers.
• Consistently represent PizzaExpress positively.

Salary
