Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments with a hands-on approach, leveraging 5 to 8 years of experience in Windows Administration.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enhance system operations.
• Implement and manage Ansible playbooks and automation for server configuration and maintenance.
• Perform troubleshooting and routine administration for Windows servers, ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP configurations, and Group Policy management.
• Oversee server patching routines and maintenance schedules to ensure security and performance.
• Apply deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and system administration standards.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve technical issues promptly.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization platforms.
• Experience using monitoring solutions to track system health and performance.
• Understanding of backup strategies and disaster recovery procedures.
• Exposure to ITIL frameworks and familiarity with ticketing systems.
