Young Professional - Executive Office

About the Role

Lloyds Infrastructure Construction Limited seeks motivated, analytical Young Professionals to join the Executive Office at the Lloyds Livelihood Foundation in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra. This full-time position initially spans 12 months with potential for extension. Candidates will engage with meaningful projects related to skill enhancement, livelihoods, education, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and district development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing strategic projects and programmes.
• Perform research and analyze data to create detailed reports, presentations, and management information system (MIS) dashboards.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with government bodies, industry partners, NGOs, academic institutions, and CSR stakeholders.
• Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects, maintaining accurate implementation records and preparing progress updates.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and field visits while managing timely follow-ups on action points.
• Support documentation efforts including preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge management, and executive-level communications.
• Conduct field visits and manage special assignments as assigned.

Educational Qualifications & Eligibility

• Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields.
• Highly capable fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Additional Information

The position reports directly to the Executive Office under Mrs. Alka Misra. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
