Role overview

This part-time, on-site internship is designed for a research-oriented intern who can help the team gather education-sector intelligence, speak with key stakeholders, and turn findings into useful business insights for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Study the market landscape for schools, coaching institutes, and the wider education sector.
• Reach out to school principals, coaching institute heads, teachers, and academic coordinators to understand their needs and day-to-day challenges.
• Capture and organise customer feedback, key pain points, buying patterns, and market shifts.
• Track competitors, developments in the industry, education policy changes, and new EdTech trends.
• Draft weekly market intelligence updates and insight notes for the leadership team.
• Spot recurring objections from customers and suggest ways to strengthen sales conversations and service offerings.
• Keep research records, interview notes, and market data neatly structured and updated.
• Support the creation of evidence-based presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Internship terms

The internship runs for 2 months and begins immediately. It is a part-time, onsite role. There are 4 openings available. The role is open only to applicants from Delhi, Indore, Pune, Bhopal, Mumbai, Noida, and Nashik. Women who want to begin or restart their careers may also apply.

Pay and reimbursement

The stipend is INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per month. On successful completion of the internship, Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) reimbursement may be provided according to company policy and performance evaluation.

Application criteria

Applicants must be available for a part-time internship, be able to start between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26, and commit to the full 2-month duration. Relevant skills and interest in research, analytics, and the education market are required.
