Teaching Intern (Part-Time, Remote)

Internship Overview

This part-time, remote internship invites teaching interns to engage students from Grades 1 to 12 in dynamic online sessions focusing on public speaking, communication, and creative writing. Before managing their own classes, interns complete a thorough training course on the company's curriculum and teaching approach. Interns will work closely with academic and operations teams to maintain class schedules, track student progress, and provide feedback to both colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stimulating online classes for school students across communication-focused programs.
• Participate in comprehensive training to grasp curriculum content and teaching methods prior to independent teaching.
• Implement the prescribed lesson plans and uphold curriculum standards.
• Promote strong student engagement through interactive and effective online pedagogy.
• Monitor learner progress continuously and communicate feedback to academic teams and parents as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams for schedules, assessments, and reporting duties.
• Attend ongoing development sessions to stay current with curriculum updates and teaching practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work remotely and able to start between 26th July 2026 and 30th August 2026 for a duration of six months.
• Possession or ongoing completion of a B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Experience in teaching is preferred, though motivated freshers are welcome.
• Previous exposure to creative writing and public speaking will be advantageous.
• Comfortable teaching diverse age groups and skill levels via online platforms.
• Availability for up to 24 working hours per week.
• Women preparing to start or resume their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The stipend for this internship ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and the possibility of a full-time job offer upon successful internship completion.

Additional Information

Successful interns converting to permanent employees may receive an annual salary between ₹480,000 and ₹600,000.
