1. Internship Type: This is an unpaid internship designed for students, freshers, and individuals interested in software testing, quality assurance, and website evaluation.

2. Duration: The internship duration is 1 month.

3. Schedule: The work can be completed remotely with flexible working hours and a minimum of 6 hours/day with 6 days/week is required.

4. Learning-Oriented Opportunity: This internship is intended to provide practical exposure to website testing, bug identification, user experience evaluation, and quality assurance processes.

5. Certification: Upon successful completion of the internship, the intern will receive an Internship Completion Certificate.

6. Letter of Recommendation (LOR): Exceptional performers who demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and meaningful contributions may also receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR).

7. Confidentiality: Since interns will be working with company websites, systems, and potentially sensitive information, maintaining strict confidentiality is mandatory.

8. Monitoring: Time-tracking software will be used to track productivity and work hours. Please proceed only if you are comfortable working with third-party time-tracking & monitoring tools. 
   
   

# Role Overview -

-> The Testing & Quality Assurance (QA) Intern will be responsible for testing our website and identifying bugs, errors, broken functionality, usability issues, security concerns, and user experience problems.

-> The intern will help improve the quality, functionality, stability, and overall user experience of the website by reporting issues in a structured and detailed manner.

-> This role requires strong observation skills, patience, curiosity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

-> No prior professional experience is required. However, a basic understanding of websites, browsers, internet usage, and digital platforms is preferred.

# Key Responsibilities -

1. Website Testing

-> Test various pages, features, forms, workflows, and functionalities of the website.
-> Verify whether website elements are functioning as intended.
-> Test user journeys and identify broken workflows, errors, or unexpected behaviors.

2. Bug Identification

-> Identify bugs, glitches, broken links, UI/UX issues, functionality errors, and inconsistencies.
-> Reproduce issues consistently and document findings clearly.
-> Report bugs with screenshots, recordings, and detailed explanations whenever required.

3. User Experience Testing

-> Evaluate website usability and navigation.
-> Identify confusing layouts, poor user experiences, and accessibility concerns.
-> Suggest practical improvements wherever possible.

4. Cross-Browser & Device Testing

-> Test website functionality on different browsers and devices whenever possible.
-> Identify browser-specific, operating-system-specific, or device-specific issues.

5. Reporting & Documentation

-> Maintain organized records of identified issues.
-> Submit bug reports in a structured and professional format.
-> Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to the development team.

6. Quality Assurance Support

-> Verify whether previously reported issues have been resolved correctly.
-> Assist in maintaining the overall quality and reliability of the website.

-> No coding knowledge is required, although it will be considered an advantage.

-> Willingness to learn testing methodologies, reporting processes, and quality assurance practices.

6. Confidentiality & Professional Ethics

-> Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company systems, website features, business information, and internal processes.
-> Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.

# Confidentiality Policy -

-> The intern may be exposed to company-owned websites, internal systems, business processes, and information that may not be publicly available.

-> Maintaining strict confidentiality is mandatory throughout the internship period and after the internship concludes.

-> Any information, screenshots, recordings, documents, website data, vulnerabilities, business processes, internal discussions, or bugs identified during the internship must not be shared, copied, distributed, published, or disclosed to any third party without prior written approval from the company.

-> All information accessed during the internship must be used strictly for internship-related purposes only.

-> Any breach of confidentiality, unauthorized disclosure, misuse of information, or sharing of vulnerabilities may result in immediate termination of the internship and disqualification from receiving the Internship Completion Certificate and Letter of Recommendation (LOR).
