Credeb Advisors LLP is seeking an Accounts Executive for its Sector 151, Noida office, preferably candidates residing in Greater Noida. There are two distinct roles available, each requiring specific expertise in accounting and finance.
Role 1: US Accounting Specialist
This position involves managing bookkeeping and financial operations for US clients. Candidates should be adept at accounting principles, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities include maintaining day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entry preparation, bank and credit card reconciliations, managing General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, assisting with month-end and year-end closures, and supporting audits. Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite is essential.
Role 2: CA Firm Experienced Executive
This role demands experience in a Chartered Accountant firm to handle accounting, taxation, and compliance tasks. Duties encompass maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements, managing GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, performing bank reconciliations, assisting with various audits, preparing audit schedules, coordinating financial documentation with clients, and ensuring statutory filings are timely.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent is required.
- For the US Accounting role: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- For the CA Firm role: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm.
Skills and Tools
- Familiarity with US accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite (for US Accounting role).
- Proficiency with Tally Prime and MS Excel (for CA firm role).
- Good Excel skills and analytical capabilities.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances (for CA firm role).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for both roles.
