APS Business Analyst

Role Overview

The APS Business Analyst position based in Navi Mumbai is responsible for generating actionable insights that align with strategic goals and fulfill business needs. This role entails thorough analysis of extensive datasets with timely and precise reporting to guide decision-making. It requires collaborative engagement with various stakeholders to meet business objectives effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to manage and analyze large datasets, enabling data-driven insights.
• Gather, interpret, and synthesize data to develop detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports that support strategic decision processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth planning and execution of business strategies.
• Assess market trends and operational performance to identify growth potentials and ensure stakeholder consensus on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee important projects, guaranteeing on-time delivery while adhering to objectives and quality standards.
• Develop and document business requirements, technical specifications, and success metrics to guide efficient solution development.
• Perform comprehensive performance evaluations to pinpoint key performance indicators (KPIs), optimize workflows, and drive ongoing enhancements.
• Create and enforce workflows and governance models consistent with corporate goals and compliance demands.
• Provide cost-effective, high-quality technological solutions suited to evolving organizational needs.
• Engage stakeholders to validate, refine, and improve requirements, maximizing business impact and value.

Educational Background and Experience

• Degree required: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech).
• Professional experience ranging between 3 to 5 years.
• Experience in the steel manufacturing or relevant manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with advanced planning tools.
