Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Designer specialized in residential design and proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. The role involves creating innovative architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings and 3D models, and maintaining high standards in both aesthetics and technical accuracy. This position requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver superior project outcomes.

Key Duties

• Develop architecture designs and concepts based on residential design principles.
• Produce comprehensive architectural drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD.
• Create and render 3D models in Revit and SketchUp to effectively illustrate design ideas.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and finalize design solutions.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety rules, and sustainability standards.
• Perform site inspections to collect data and confirm design precision.
• Design presentation materials for client meetings including renderings and layout boards.
• Keep abreast of current industry trends, new materials, and innovative design methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline.
• Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in architectural design.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of residential design principles and their architectural application.
• Proficient use of Revit for BIM modeling and producing construction documents.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills for precise drafting and technical plans.
