Area Sales Manager

About the Role

Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and expand their distributor network. The role involves recruiting distributors who will, in turn, build teams of advisors. The manager will drive business growth by mentoring and motivating distributors and their advisors to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit distributors for the sales network.
• Guide distributors to form teams of sales advisors.
• Generate business by providing leadership and motivation to distributors and their teams.
• Lead and manage distributor teams towards achieving set targets.
• Conduct training sessions and offer continuous support to enhance the team’s performance.

Requirements

• At least a graduate-level education.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in any sales or marketing role.
• Age between 25 and 48 years old.

Compensation & Additional Details
