Associate - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant

About the Role

Join PwC India's Microsoft Dynamics team as an Associate focusing on enabling clients to transform their technology environments across Front, Mid, and Back Office processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. This role involves contributing to our strategy-led, technology-enabled Consulting Solutions while addressing complex business challenges with innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Customize Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O solutions and reports to meet specific business requirements.
• Set up and maintain the IT infrastructure and database management systems essential for Dynamics AX operations.
• Manage data migration and integration tasks using Dynamics AX tools effectively.
• Provide specialized technical expertise in Dynamics AX and Microsoft development environments.
• Adhere to development best practices and generate necessary technical documentation for projects.
• Collaborate closely with AX functional teams and client IT personnel to ensure successful project implementation.
• Work collaboratively within project and organizational teams to contribute to collective goals.
• Plan and organize the delivery of customized Dynamics 365 F&O solutions efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 3 to 8 years of experience in IT, particularly with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX 2012 (R2/R3).
• Hands-on expertise with Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, Object-Oriented Programming, and design principles.
• Proficiency in MorphX and X++ development, including a solid understanding of AX entities and object models.
• Ability to estimate customization workload, testing, and implementation efforts.
• Strong SQL programming skills and query optimization capabilities.
• Experience with SSRS reporting and AIF, workflows integration.
• Certification in the latest Dynamics 365 F&O products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead teams and creatively solve problems.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), MCA, BSc, or equivalent is required.

Additional Information

• This position requires travel as part of the job responsibilities.
• The role is to be performed onsite in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
• The candidate should be willing and able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment, contributing to both technical and strategic consulting projects.
