Role Overview

The B2B Platform and Data Lead serves as a crucial connector between procurement operations, digital platform enablement, and data governance to ensure efficient workflows, reliable data, and comprehensive reporting. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing supplier interactions, catalog data readiness, and reporting transparency to support consistent compliance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to B2B platform readiness and supplier catalog enablement.
• Assist in setting up platforms such as SAP Ariba or comparable systems, manage supplier onboarding, and govern catalog data quality.
• Create procurement dashboards, construct data models, and generate KPI and savings reports.
• Specify data capture needs concerning MPA suppliers, purchase call-offs, pricing, catalogs, and category reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, finance departments, and suppliers to drive adoption of digital workflows.
• Ensure high data quality standards, maintain master data integrity, and consistency in reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over five years of experience in procurement systems, ERP platforms, data analytics, catalog management, or procurement reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba or equivalent procurement platforms, ERP procurement modules, Power BI, Excel, or related software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure projects, developer-driven procurement, or similar capital project sectors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven track record in procurement governance, catalog data oversight, master data control, and maintaining detailed procurement documentation.
• Experience implementing KPI and savings reporting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across procurement, IT, finance, and suppliers to enhance digital workflow utilization.
