Role overview

Join a supportive food retail team where your baking expertise helps deliver fresh, high-quality products to the local community every day. This is an early-start position that lets you finish by late morning and keep your afternoons free. You’ll work in a busy, energetic bakery environment that values teamwork, shared learning, and professional growth.

Schedule

Roster option: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

What you’ll bring

You’ll need a recognised baking qualification, or experience that is equivalent in the industry, along with hands-on background in a fast-moving bakery setting.

Key responsibilities

Use your baking skills to create products that reflect the Everyday ACTs approach of acknowledging customers, caring for them, and thanking them.

Maintain strong food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring work areas stay clean, well-organised, and ready for audits.

Contribute to team leadership and help build a workplace culture centred on wellbeing, resilience, and shared achievement.

Keep developing your craft and leadership capability while working in a fast-paced environment.

Handle the physical demands, pressure, and tight turnaround times typical of a busy bakery.
