Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across the full value chain to assist with international digital initiatives.
• Design and manage solutions that improve software and systems architecture with a forward-thinking approach.
• Assist the Product Owner in crafting and communicating the product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Perform market and competitor research to detect trends and best industry practices.
• Drive end-to-end accountability for value creation, usability, and quality throughout the requirement lifecycle.
• Define acceptance criteria to uphold requirement quality standards.
• Focus on results by prioritizing measurable business impact.

Candidate Profile

• Completed academic degree in economics, business informatics, business administration, insurance management, or a related discipline.
• Significant professional experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance sector’s value chain or related domains such as sales, underwriting, claims, platform systems, and international programs.
• Excellent analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and deconstruct complex problems.
• Strong end-to-end thinking skills to manage dependencies and interfaces in a highly interconnected environment.
• Strategic mindset to drive initiatives and contribute to broader business strategies.
• Proficient in English with a minimum of C1 level for both written and spoken communication.
• Robust experience specializing in Input Management, Partner System Management, or DMS/ECS.
