Role Overview

This position involves developing advanced teller applications within the banking sector. These applications are critical operational tools requiring the creation of innovative user experiences, seamless integration with backend cores and other applications, and delivering user-friendly interfaces.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead complex sessions independently to gather business and data requirements from stakeholders in both business and technology.
• Document, analyze, and confirm business, functional, and technical requirements clearly.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to devise solutions for intricate enterprise integration initiatives.
• Support developers, architects, and quality assurance teams in building API and integration-focused solutions.
• Develop and maintain Agile artifacts such as Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Employ tools like Postman, SQL, and API testing utilities for validating requirements and aiding solution implementation.
• Analyze and document RESTful API integrations, workflow processes, and data mappings.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing by planning tests, managing defect resolution, executing tests, and facilitating stakeholder approval.
• Collaborate closely with business users to ensure outcomes align with operational goals and strategic priorities.
• Utilize AI-based tools where suitable to enhance requirements gathering and documentation efficiency.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Proven capability to independently conduct complex data collection and solution design meetings.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Postman, SQL, and UI-centric applications.
• Background in delivering integration projects involving enterprise-scale systems.
• Competency in formulating epics, features, and user stories; experience with AI-assisted tools is preferred.
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing and some familiarity with teller application environments.
• At least five years of technical experience overall.
• Minimum of three years of business experience within financial services including teller application exposure.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of branch banking operational processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of project lifecycle management standards and controls.
