Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hotel contract preparation, feasibility studies, and investment analysis for global hotel and F&B projects.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive benchmarking across prominent markets.
• Support the development of investor-focused presentations and project proposals.
• Participate in real estate valuation assessments and financial modeling activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, and F&B departments.
• Contribute to preparing internal strategy reports and the development tracking tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations is desirable.
• Understanding of market research, feasibility assessments, and valuation processes within hospitality and real estate sectors.
• Strong design awareness and the capability to produce visually appealing presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills coupled with excellent report writing abilities.
