Business Development Manager

About the Role

2Nidi Financial Services is seeking motivated Business Development Managers to join its insurance sales division in Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam. The position involves working from the office and focuses on building business by effectively managing customer interactions and closing insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers using provided data.
• Identify and assess clients' insurance needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Consistently generate new business by following up with potential clients.
• Clearly explain insurance policies including benefits, coverage, and premium details.
• Professionally address customer inquiries and objections.
• Send quotations and payment links to customers as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships to encourage referrals.
• Meet assigned sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate policy issuance and customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience in insurance sales.
• Preferred experience in health, life, motor, or general insurance sectors.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Familiarity with outbound calling and target-driven sales environments.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Self-driven, confident, and focused on achieving business goals.
• Open to both male and female applicants.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, varying based on candidate experience and performance.
