CAD Designer / Technical System Planner (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D constructions including conceptual, design, execution, and assembly plans for media-technical systems along with corresponding functional schematics.
• Plan installation and operational areas for generating equipment and their layout.
• Dimension related systems and select pumps and valves in coordination with responsible engineers.
• Develop and manage cross-disciplinary routing concepts in collaboration with other technical building services trades.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, bill of materials, and accounting lists.
• Handle inquiries and technical clarifications with subcontractors and suppliers.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technician training in supply technology fields such as heating, cooling, or sanitation, or a qualification as a CAD designer/technical system planner with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in planning and executing technical building services within plant construction.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, TRICAD MS application, Solar Computer, Navis Works, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
