Job Overview
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to manage and supervise all construction site activities ensuring smooth progress and adherence to plans. This role involves coordinating with contractors and vendors, preparing comprehensive project reports, and maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor construction site activities to track progress effectively.
- Coordinate between contractors and vendors to streamline project execution.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and review construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Supervise labor and construction work on-site ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Generate detailed project reports documenting status and compliance.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in BOQ preparation and project coordination.
- Experience in QA and QC processes for construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of estimation techniques and cost analysis.
- Strong site supervision and quantity surveying capabilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and STAAD software for design and planning.
- Material planning and management expertise.
