Role Overview
We are seeking a proficient Computer & Laptop Hardware Engineer to become a valuable member of our expanding team. This position centers on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware for laptops and desktop computers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve hardware issues in laptops and desktops.
- Conduct hardware repairs both onsite and in the office environment.
- Replace defective parts such as keyboards, screens, batteries, RAM, SSD/HDD drives, and motherboards.
- Install and set up Windows operating systems, drivers, and necessary software applications.
- Carry out preventive maintenance routines to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Deliver professional technical support services to customers.
