Role Overview

We seek a skilled Copy Editor to join our Presentation Quality Assurance team within the Product organization. This permanent role is UK-based and allows remote work or hybrid arrangements with our Bristol hub. The role entails editing complex cybersecurity content and collaborating with Cyber, Product, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to refine platform copy, website texts, and marketing materials spanning multiple cybersecurity domains and user levels.

Responsibilities

Edit technical cybersecurity content following internal style guidelines ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Collaborate across departments to enhance content consistency and outreach effectiveness.
Incorporate AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate and enhance quality assurance processes.
Analyze content quality patterns and suggest process enhancements to mitigate recurring issues.
Ensure content accessibility compliance, maintaining formatting consistency and adherence to accessibility standards.

Requirements

Minimum two years of copyediting, proofreading, line editing, or subediting experience, preferably within technology or cybersecurity sectors.
Familiarity or active engagement with AI editing tools like Claude and Gemini.
Capability to analyze content patterns using AI, identify quality issues, and recommend improvements.
Efficient prompting skills for AI tools to generate edits, check styles, and offer rewritten alternatives.
Ability to adapt quickly to style guides and company tone, manage shifting priorities, and communicate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of core cybersecurity concepts and tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
