Role Overview

The temporary Copywriter will focus on supporting the daily style shoots by accurately documenting all product details on the website following established copy team procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and maintain accurate, clear descriptions for over 70 products daily.
• Assist with various copy tasks and ad-hoc projects as requested to support team objectives.
• Audit and refine product descriptions to ensure complete accuracy whenever time allows.
• Collaborate closely with team members to successfully meet deadlines and project targets.

Required Competencies

• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring thorough transcription and verification of product data.
• A proactive approach to quality assurance and deadline adherence.
• Availability and flexibility to work overtime during peak times for timely updates.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accuracy and consistency in Excel data management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for efficient data organization and updates.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately, emphasizing precision.
• 1-2 years’ experience in data entry, copywriting, or related fields with a minimum of a high school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using reporting tools to generate and analyze data.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data formatting techniques.
• Familiarity with Airtable or analogous database platforms.
