Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and synchronize the annual strategic planning process, ensuring cross-business unit alignment and facilitating execution of corporate goals.
• Create executive-level presentations, board documents, strategic reports, visual dashboards, and business updates to communicate progress and enable informed decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams to track strategic initiatives, monitor organizational objectives, and maintain focus on critical deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses across market, industry trends, finance, and operations to uncover insights, assess opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Manage enterprise-wide projects by controlling timelines, encouraging collaboration among functions, and maintaining clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop internal communication materials such as leadership messages and announcements that reinforce strategic priorities and organizational cohesion.
• Assist in defining, monitoring, and reporting corporate objectives and key results (OKRs), continually refining the strategic planning procedures and reporting tools.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Between 5 to 8 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business planning, risk management, or comparable strategic roles.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex financial, operational, and business data into concise executive insights.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, demonstrated by experience preparing executive presentations and stakeholder messages.
• Proven project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives concurrently.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as aviation, defense, public administration, ERP deployments, or business intelligence projects is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and French is considered a plus.
• The ability to obtain Controlled Goods Clearance as required for the role.
