Overview

Hobby Lobby is on the lookout for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Custom Framer at our upscale, dynamic, and growing retail chain. We offer a wide range of art and craft supplies, home décor, seasonal merchandise, fabrics, and floral products. Along with selling ready-made and open wood frames, we also specialize in creating customized frames for customers.

Working Hours

Positions available for full-time and part-time. Our stores operate Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and remain closed on Sundays.

Primary Duties

• Manage and order necessary framing supplies efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked framing department.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Ensure all framing projects are completed within set deadlines.
• Frame artworks, needlework, and cross-stitch pieces with precision.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess thorough knowledge of Fine Arts.
• Have hands-on experience with custom picture frame molding.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
• Understand merchandise display principles.
• Basic proficiency in computer use.
• Be reliable, trustworthy, and committed.
• Provide verifiable references from previous employment.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting wages vary by employment type:

• Full-time: $20.15 to $21.15 per hour
• Part-time: $15.75 to $16.75 per hour
