Job Overview

DNM HR Solution is urgently seeking Customer Care Executives for a role based in Mumbai requiring in-office attendance. Candidates will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle voice and non-voice calls effectively.
• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound call processes.

Work Conditions

• Face-to-face interview is mandatory for selection.
• Position strictly requires working from the office.
• Work locations include Thane, Dombivli, Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, Turbhe, Malad, Virar, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, and Andheri.
• Shift timings are during the day with rotational off days.
• Working days are six per week.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi is compulsory.
• Proficiency in Marathi and English is necessary.
• Knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu languages is a plus.
