Role Overview

Join us in advancing scientific discovery as a Customer Success Data Analyst. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering advanced Nomic data to researchers, aiding them in uncovering vital biological insights. Your responsibilities include finalizing nELISA data reports, crafting engaging visual data presentations, and assuring smooth project delivery to Nomic clients. Regular interactions and meetings with customers will be a significant part of your duties.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure prompt delivery of client data and conduct supplementary analyses to support their decision-making needs.
Assist customers in onboarding to the Nomic data portal and respond to their ongoing usage inquiries.
Capture and communicate customers’ research interests and feedback to the product team to enhance existing tools and develop new analytic capabilities.
Produce standardized data reports for all client projects.
Participate as a user tester for the Nomic data portal, reporting issues and recommending features originating from customer feedback.
Collaborate continuously with the Data team to troubleshoot and enhance data processes.
Develop custom data analysis pipelines for internal enhancements including quality control and assurance, and to address unique customer requests in partnership with product management.

Candidate Profile

You enjoy collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, transforming feedback into clear data visualizations, and empowering data-driven decision-making.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, managing multiple projects independently and meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Master’s degree in Life Sciences focused on data analysis and interpretation with a minimum of two years programming experience in data analysis, preferably Python. Qualifications in bioinformatics or data science are advantageous.
Proficient knowledge of statistical techniques including principal component analysis (PCA) and fundamental data analysis methodologies.
At least one year of experience in customer-facing or service-oriented positions, with experience working with customer DTA/DTS systems considered a benefit.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
Capable of managing multiple customer projects and priorities efficiently within fast-moving environments.
A self-driven, proactive attitude with the capacity to identify improvements, propose solutions, and lead initiatives to completion.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time zone; up to 25% on-site presence may be required.
