Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-focused Data Analyst at entry or junior level to join our expanding team. This position is suited for individuals passionate about working with data, uncovering insights, and converting complex datasets into straightforward, actionable recommendations that enhance business decision-making in a collaborative hybrid setting within Germany.

Primary Duties

• Gather, clean, transform, and examine data from various sources
• Design dashboards, generate reports, and create visualizations to support business and operational decisions
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), detect trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders, project leads, and cross-functional teams to grasp data requirements
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses and deliver insights to back ongoing business projects
• Present analytical results and suggestions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure accuracy of data and contribute to enhancing data quality
• Document data origins, analysis methodologies, reporting workflows, and key discoveries
• Advance reporting efficiency and build scalable analytics processes
• Keep current on tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics

Qualifications

• Entry to junior level experience (0 to 3+ years, including internships)
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related disciplines
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Fundamental understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and visualization principles
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to distill data insights into clear, actionable directions
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational aptitude
• Comfortable conveying findings to diverse audience types
• Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to advance skills
• Fluent in English
• Residing in Germany with legal authorization for full-time work
