Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources including production records, sales data, and supply chain systems to maintain high data quality.
• Evaluate operational processes and key performance indicators to discover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Create and sustain detailed dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor essential metrics for stakeholders.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a straightforward, actionable way to audiences without technical backgrounds.
• Collaborate across departments such as production, sales, and management to meet their analytical needs through data support.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to back strategic initiatives like cost reduction, operational efficiencies, and market growth.
• Support the formulation of data governance policies and procedures to uphold best practices.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst or comparable analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for effective data querying and manipulation.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
• Experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
