About Jungle Gaming and Role Overview
Jungle Gaming develops original games and technology supporting global iGaming operations. They are recruiting a DevOps Engineer to join their team in Dubai, working onsite to enhance the reliability, observability, and simplicity of the infrastructure powering their games and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve workloads and services deploying on AWS and Kubernetes platforms.
- Enhance build, test, and deployment pipelines through GitLab CI.
- Create dashboards, alerts, and log systems that enable proactive issue resolution before affecting users.
- Analyze incidents, system bottlenecks, and risks related to capacity or availability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to simplify deployment, monitoring, and recovery of services.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of two years hands-on experience managing production infrastructure in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Strong foundation in CI/CD processes, automation, and system administration.
- Competence diagnosing distributed systems using metrics, logs, and traces.
- Good judgment to balance reliability, security, delivery speed, and cost considerations.
- Clear communication skills during incident management and infrastructure decision-making.

- Work location: onsite in Dubai with relocation assistance provided by Jungle Gaming.
- Monthly salary range: AED 7,200 to AED 14,400.
