Their innovative packaging can illuminate, convey product details, showcase animations, and craft novel customer interactions. To aid in scaling production of revolutionary printed electronic products, Inuru is seeking a proficient Digital Print Operator for their Berlin production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare, and operate industrial inkjet printing equipment for production.
• Carry out production tasks adhering to prescribed quality and procedural standards.
• Continuously monitor print outputs and conduct in-process quality inspections.
• Diagnose and resolve printing or equipment issues to reduce operational downtime.
• Handle routine machine maintenance, calibration, and servicing activities.
• Assist in production planning and promote continuous enhancements in process efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate production and quality records.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, research & development, and manufacturing teams to optimize outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably have over two years of experience managing industrial inkjet printing systems.
• Familiarity with Konica Minolta printheads is strongly preferred.
• Background or experience in printed electronics, organic electronics, or advanced manufacturing is advantageous.
• Completed vocational training such as Media Technologist for Digital Printing, Print Technician, Process Technician, or an equivalent qualification.
• Sound practical knowledge of printing workflows, inks, substrates, and quality control techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous and structured approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of independent work while also being an effective team player.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
