About the Role
Our client, a leading company in the software sector, is seeking a committed Executive Assistant for a contract role of over two months. This position is essential to supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving and innovative setting. The role provides significant opportunity to contribute strategically, oversee key projects, and enhance overall operational efficiency organization-wide.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead departmental projects independently, ensuring successful and timely completion of complex initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent operational framework including structured meetings and communication aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan and execute major events involving multiple teams from initiation through to post-event assessment.
- Act as a strategic liaison, facilitating clear and effective communication between leadership and wider teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive, multi-stakeholder settings.
- Build a collaborative and dependable relationship with leadership by anticipating their needs and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Manage calendar coordination and logistics for meetings, adapting to frequent scheduling changes efficiently.
- Drive productivity improvements by integrating AI and data analytics tools into workflow processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- A minimum of five years' experience supporting executives at the C-suite level, preferably in the technology or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex projects under pressure.
- Superb organizational capabilities with flexibility to handle changing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build trust among stakeholders.
- Proven discretion in handling confidential information with care and professionalism.
- Proficient with Mac Office suite, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Outlook, Excel, Slack, and expense management software.
- Experience in HR or People operations is an advantageous plus.
Compensation
This role offers an hourly pay rate between $40 and $48.
