Overview
Join a leading AI infrastructure company based in London as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager. This role involves providing premium support to the two company co-founders and managing the daily operations of a rapidly expanding, venture-backed technology enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored executive assistance to both Co-Founders, enhancing their operational efficiency.
- Organize and adapt complex, dynamic calendars with changing meetings and responsibilities.
- Plan comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements including accommodations and schedules.
- Coordinate high-level meetings such as board sessions, leadership gatherings, and external stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare executive materials including presentations, agendas, and briefing documents.
- Monitor action items and ensure timely completion of critical follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Ensure the smooth daily management of the London office environment.
- Oversee relationships with office vendors, facilities, and service providers.
- Organize company events, retreats, and team-building activities.
- Assist with onboarding processes and office logistics for new hires.
- Contribute to refining and enhancing internal processes as the business scales.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years supporting senior leaders such as founders or C-suite executives.
- Background in fast-paced startups, scale-ups, or growth-oriented businesses.
- Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail.
- Exemplary judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise.
