Field Support Engineer

Role Overview

As a Field Support Engineer at Cantik Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site technical assistance to end users by managing hardware and network issues, ensuring IT compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for end-user hardware issues including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Manage printer support tasks ensuring optimal functionality and quick resolution of problems.
• Deliver Level 1 network support to resolve basic connectivity and configuration problems.
• Handle IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets efficiently to address user complaints and requests.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and track company IT equipment.
• Support basic IT compliance activities to adhere to organizational standards and policies.
• Facilitate user coordination and offer support to enhance the user experience.
• Take responsibility for handling escalation cases promptly to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware or service issues as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess at minimum a graduate degree in any discipline or specialized qualifications such as B.C.A. in Computer Applications (General), Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).
