About the Role

Denza Dental Center located in Kharadi, Pune is seeking a diligent and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily clinic operations ensuring seamless coordination among patients, dental doctors, and clinic staff. This role is integral to maintaining efficient patient management and smooth functioning of the clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic floor effectively.
• Coordinate activities and communication between dental practitioners, assistants, front desk staff, and patients.
• Ensure efficient patient flow aiming to reduce wait times and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient coordination meticulously.
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally to deliver a positive experience.
• Supervise and monitor the responsibilities of clinic team members.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, discipline, and ensure all equipment and facilities function properly.
• Organize treatment schedules and follow-up appointments alongside staff.
• Assist with billing, payment processing, record keeping, and general administrative duties.
• Resolve operational challenges swiftly to maintain uninterrupted clinic services.
• Promote effective team communication and uphold clinic standards and policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in clinic, hospital, hospitality, front-office, or operations management is desirable.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and skillful multitasking.
• Basic proficiency in computers, particularly MS Office and Excel.
• Professional demeanor and a patient-centric attitude.
• Capable of working efficiently in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra.
• Employment Type: Full-time position.
• Remuneration: Monthly salary ranging between 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
