Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team on-site in Dallas, TX. This professional will conceptualize and craft visual materials that align with BuDhaGirl's unique brand identity and Mindful Glamour4 ethos. Responsibilities include designing digital graphics, advertisements, print collateral, packaging, social media content, and marketing visuals. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, wholesale, and product departments to transform brand strategies into captivating visual communication, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive brand designs that embody the brand's philosophy.
• Create and prepare final design files suitable for production and publication.
• Manage revisions and updates to design assets to maintain brand integrity and quality.
• Support additional tasks including photo editing, content creation, and presentation design as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven graphic design expertise showcased through a strong portfolio of work.
• Established experience in developing and sustaining cohesive brand identities.
• Strong knowledge of typography and layout design to ensure clear and appealing visual messaging.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and competency in Canva.
• Ability to comprehend creative briefs and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent visual storytelling capabilities.
• Interest or experience in wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brand sectors is highly valued.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline, or comparable professional experience.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media and familiarity with production workflows is beneficial.
