The Guest Experience Representative - Level II position is dedicated to enhancing visitor engagements specifically at X Dubai’s Edge Walk attraction, located at the Address Sky View Hotel in Downtown Dubai. This role embodies the X Dubai brand through direct interaction with guests, ensuring their experience is both enjoyable and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operational procedures of the Edge Walk, including opening and closing tasks.
• Oversee groups during their visit, ensuring a smooth flow and positive experience throughout.
• Guide and assist guests, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Properly fit safety harnesses and helmets and supervise the correct usage of all safety gear.
• Lead pre-tour safety orientations for all participant groups.
• Engage guests effectively to deliver memorable experiences.
• Promote safety and well-being throughout the tours.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Keep up-to-date records in the sales and membership database.
• Manage existing guest reservations including upgrading, modifying, and processing payments.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and actively promote special deals and offers.
• Support facility maintenance and collaborate with team members on events and projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably at least three years’ experience in retail or customer service roles.

Additional Information

This role is based onsite at the Address Sky View Hotel in Downtown Dubai, specifically at the Edge Walk attraction.
