Role Overview

The Hostess position at ILMC, located on-site in Dubai, involves welcoming and assisting clients and guests with warmth and professionalism from the moment of arrival until departure. Responsibilities include managing reservations, organizing seating arrangements or service flow, handling phone and face-to-face inquiries, and providing support to concierge operations as required. The role demands maintaining an inviting and orderly environment while ensuring clear communication of client requirements to other team members. Emphasis is placed on client engagement, meticulous attention to detail, and a service-driven mindset aligned with ILMC's philosophy of personalized lifestyle management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and clients courteously and professionally on arrival and departure.
• Efficiently managing reservation systems and coordinating guest seating and service logistics.
• Fielding phone calls and in-person queries with excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication.
• Supporting concierge team members by relaying pertinent client information and assisting with additional service needs.
• Ensuring the environment remains welcoming, orderly, and reflects ILMC's service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Maintaining a professional and presentable appearance consistent with grooming standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enhancing customer service and client experience.
• Experience in handling reservations and managing guest flow in hospitality or concierge contexts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Comfortable managing phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling with professionalism.
• Previous experience in front-of-house, hospitality, or concierge roles preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Dubai with flexibility and reliability in scheduling.
• Highly organized with proficient time-management capabilities.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
