Household Data Collector

Position Overview

We are seeking a Household Data Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role offers a compensation of $30 per hour, with an expected weekly commitment ranging between 10 and 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and submit high-quality videos demonstrating routine household tasks using a UMI gripper wearable device according to specified guidelines.
• Adhere carefully to task-specific instructions, ensuring all video submissions meet stringent quality and project requirements.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers and continuously improve the quality of your recorded data.
• Set up and handle recording equipment and the UMI gripper device to accurately replicate natural hand movements during task performance.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with the project team through both verbal and written channels.
• Ensure consistent work output weekly to meet the minimum approved data submission standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex guidelines precisely.
• Manual dexterity and experience performing tasks requiring physical precision in household settings.
• Comfortable operating wearable and recording equipment.
• Open to receiving and acting upon constructive feedback to refine work processes and results.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with readiness for prompt interactions.
