Role Overview

We seek a diligent and well-organized Human Resources Assistant to aid in our people operations. This part-time freelance role, performed remotely, encompasses tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, and ongoing HR support while working closely with leadership and cross-departmental colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with overarching business objectives
Screen job candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and manage the scheduling of subsequent interviews
Manage recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and team retention efforts
Handle employee relations issues to cultivate a supportive and positive workplace environment
Maintain precise HR records and produce reports in accordance with company policies
Coordinate with company leadership to bolster organizational growth and employee engagement
Participate in internal meetings, and support the facilitation, moderation, and organization of team meetings or events

Requirements

Proficient English communication abilities, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational and follow-up capabilities
Capable of working independently and managing multiple assignments efficiently
Access to a dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or people operations is advantageous
