Junior Accountant

About the Role

Door Step Salution is seeking a meticulous and methodical Junior Accountant to join their finance team in Mumbai. This role requires a solid background in commerce and taxation, alongside practical experience in everyday accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily accounting records and ledgers accurately.
• Support the preparation and submission of tax-related documents, including GST and TDS compliance.
• Enter financial transactions, invoices, and expense data routinely into accounting systems.
• Assist in conducting bank reconciliations and help manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Organize financial paperwork and aid the finance team in generating fundamental financial reports.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must possess a B.Com degree, preferably specialized in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum of six months practical experience working in accounting or finance roles.
• Good grasp of basic accounting principles and taxation rules.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi languages is essential; basic English comprehension is required.
