About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Proposal Analyst to join our client, a US-based IT services firm that supports government and Fortune 500 clients. This position involves working remotely with US shift hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST) and requires between 1 and 5 years of experience in government proposal support. The candidate will assist in the creation and submission of proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs while collaborating with proposal managers and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in developing responses to U.S. Government RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Analyze solicitation documents ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Prepare necessary proposal templates, forms, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for proposals.
- Format, edit, proofread, and compile proposal documents accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date content on proposals, including resumes and past performance data.
- Support submission processes and other proposal-related tasks.
- Perform additional responsibilities related to proposal, capture, or business development as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience supporting U.S. Government proposals.
- Basic knowledge of RFP, RFQ, and RFI procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail paired with organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude eager to acquire new skills.
- Preferred experience includes exposure to State or Federal Government proposals.
