What you will do

The Kitchen Porter supports the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen by handling essential cleaning, organisation, and preparation tasks. The duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Completing routine cleaning work quickly and efficiently
• Washing pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery
• Keeping food preparation areas clean and ready for use
• Receiving and unloading equipment and food deliveries
• Maintaining an orderly storeroom
• Ensuring all worktops, floors, and walls remain clean and sanitised
• Assisting with basic food preparation when needed

Working pattern

This position is based in Dublin Airport and follows shift work. Some shifts begin as early as 3:00 am. Applicants must be able to work any day of the week and be available for 5 days out of 7.
