Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present meals according to quality standards
• Operate various kitchen stations including grills, fryers, and microwaves
• Collaborate with the team to meet time and quality objectives
• Adhere to strict food hygiene, allergen protocols, health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning as you progress and performing full kitchen cleans
• Manage stock rotation and ensure safe food storage
• Participate in induction, job-specific, and ongoing refresher training, supporting continuous improvements

Work Hours

The pub operates with early openings and late closings providing flexible shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes. Typical daily hours are from 6:30 a.m. to midnight, totaling approximately 8 hours per day.
