Logistics Executive

About the Role

We are recruiting a Logistics Executive for Huawei, a globally recognized technology corporation, to manage logistics coordination, warehouse functions, inventory controls, and transport operations. This role collaborates closely with both internal teams and external logistics providers to optimize processes and guarantee timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and oversee local distribution; act as the primary escalation point to resolve operational challenges, ensuring an uninterrupted supply chain.
• Maintain precise inventory records, execute routine stock audits, and uphold the 8S methodology to promote workplace organization and safety within the facility.
• Administer the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) protocol and prepare all export shipment documents, complying fully with global trade regulations.
• Handle supplier payments by verifying and processing invoices accurately and adhering to company payment timelines.
• Guarantee all logistics activities conform to company policies and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards through regular audits, inspections, and risk evaluations.
• Take responsibility for logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by tracking results against goals, analyzing operational data, and compiling comprehensive management reports with improvement recommendations.
• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: At least a Diploma or a related logistics certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent fields.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain roles.
• Analytical Aptitude: Ability to think clearly, systematically approach tasks, and apply structured problem-solving methods.
• Personal Traits: Energetic, self-motivated, disciplined, with adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and coordination skills across diverse teams.
