Team and Role Overview

The Client Services team plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the evolving advertising landscape, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class advertising solutions that meet business goals. The Manager of Client Services, Advertising focuses on leading and coaching Account Managers handling Media & Entertainment accounts. This role involves strategic client management and supporting programmatic and performance-driven campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Account Managers to enhance their skills, drive career development, and improve performance through personalized plans and regular 1:1 meetings.
• Train the team on client relationship management, campaign strategy, and optimizing advertising performance.
• Empower Account Managers to independently manage client relationships and make strategic decisions.
• Partner with Account Managers as a primary liaison to clients, building strong partnerships across client and agency teams.
• Support execution of advertising solutions that fulfill client objectives and surpass performance benchmarks.
• Lead regular business reviews to evaluate campaign success, identify new opportunities, and address challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and retention opportunities alongside the team.
• Manage operational aspects to ensure efficient workflows and optimal resource use for Account Managers.
• Monitor individual performance metrics and encourage continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee smooth campaign delivery.

Candidate Profile

• 5 to 7 years of account management experience within advertising media.
• Background working with Media & Entertainment or theatrical clients.
• Experience with managed service transactions, with bonus points for programmatic knowledge including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
• Proven capability in coaching and developing Account Managers in a dynamic setting.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills for developing individual contributors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
• Customer-first attitude with a focus on leveraging team development to drive business expansion.
• Collaborative approach with effective cross-departmental communication skills.

Work Environment and Benefits

Roku advocates for a hybrid working model with office presence generally Monday through Thursday and flexible remote work on Fridays, depending on role requirements. Compensation in New York is estimated between $100,800 and $132,800 annually, tailored by candidate qualifications, along with incentives, health coverage, equity awards, life and disability insurance, parental leave, wellness programs, and paid leave.
