Positioned at the crossroads of partner management, program execution, and internal coordination, this role ensures that senior leadership is fully prepared and supported in all external engagements, while also maintaining smooth operation of partner-centric programs and systems.
This opportunity suits someone who excels at behind-the-scenes organization, appreciates enhancing senior leaders' effectiveness, and thrives navigating complex, fast-paced political environments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, politically knowledgeable, and versatile — capable of drafting briefings, managing training recruitment, and distilling ecosystem insights efficiently.
This is a remote role with occasional travel requirements. Working hours are set from 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time regardless of applicant location. Currently, the company cannot onboard applicants from Florida, Hawaii, Missouri, or Texas due to regulatory limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily operations of partner relationships, including tracking engagements, scheduling meetings, composing follow-ups, and managing all interactions to prevent lapses.
- Develop and update briefing materials, relationship databases, and partner profiles to keep leadership well-informed for external contacts.
- Serve as a responsive contact point for partners on operational aspects, escalating issues strategically to leadership when necessary.
- Assist in preparation, note-taking, commitment tracking, and follow-up for coordination tables and coalition gatherings.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures for new partners ensuring seamless transitions into active collaboration.
- Manage logistics and execution of recurring briefing series, coordinating content calendars, multi-team collaboration, invitations, attendance monitoring, and sustaining quality.
- Lead outreach and enrollment efforts for training sessions, engaging diverse audiences such as funders, organizers, and opposition researchers.
- Oversee all training logistics: scheduling, materials management, communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Monitor attendance and feedback for improvement, reporting insights to leadership for program refinement.
- Track the progressive digital ecosystem, maintaining an ecosystem tracker to identify opportunities and gaps for leadership's strategic use.
- Conduct research on partners, clients, political actors, and relevant organizations to support outreach and engagement strategies.
- Create preparatory documents and talking points, ensuring leaders are informed before meetings.
- Summarize partner and field insights into internal updates that assist leadership decision-making.
- Manage the business development pipeline by maintaining CRM data, monitoring prospects, coordinating follow-up, and facilitating smooth progress through sales stages.
- Draft promotional and informational materials in collaboration with leadership and product teams.
- Coordinate transitions from partner discussions to product/revenue teams for consistent stakeholder experience.
- Communicate partner feedback back to product teams to integrate client perspectives into product development.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and various internal departments to ensure action item completion and communication flow.
- Monitor cross-team tasks, identify risks, and update stakeholders.
- Support preparation and follow-up for leadership meetings including agenda and materials.
Qualifications
- Manager: 3-4 years; Senior Manager: 5-7 years experience in political organizing, partnership management, campaign operations, digital communications, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability in organizing and managing multiple simultaneous projects without oversight failure.
- In-depth understanding of the progressive political ecosystem with fluency in coalition dynamics and knowledge of national/state-level key figures.
- Exceptional written communication skills to produce briefing documents, concise emails, and impactful one-pagers with minimal guidance.
- Collaborative team player who discerns when to escalate issues versus resolving independently.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and action-biased with minimal tolerance for lapses.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, audience analysis tools, or data products is advantageous.
- Alignment with Priorities USA’s mission emphasizing equity, inclusion, and ethical political engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
The role’s salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. Benefits cover full medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and 75% for dependents, a 401K with up to 4% employer match, life insurance with optional add-ons, paid holidays, flexible paid time off, and cybersecurity protection.

Note: This role is tied to the 2026 cycle and ends at year-end 2026.
