Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Strategic Projects to take a leadership role in driving large-scale transformation efforts across our organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, this role demands a capable professional to oversee enterprise-wide change initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and strengthen governance mechanisms for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and ensure successful execution of strategic transformation programs spanning multiple business units.
Enhance PMO governance by improving project planning, tracking, reporting, and performance evaluation.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and foster alignment across cross-functional teams on strategic priorities.
Identify and advance improvements in customer and operational journeys through root cause analysis and risk assessment.
Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
Maintain hands-on ownership of portfolio visibility and project management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing large, complex transformation initiatives in sizable organizations.
Expertise in PMO functions, strategic project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
In-depth knowledge of portfolio management principles coupled with active project execution involvement.
Experience analyzing and enhancing customer and operational journey processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including the creation of executive dashboards and insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior executive audiences.
Background with leading consulting firms or experience in the energy, telecommunications, or national service sectors is advantageous.

Technical Skills

PMP certification is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project for project management.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including dashboard creation and reporting.
Expertise in PowerPoint for developing executive presentations.

Preferred Industry Background

Experience in Energy & Utilities sector.
Telecommunications industry knowledge.
Familiarity with large-scale service organizations.
