Position Overview
This opportunity is offered by a partner company seeking a Marketing Coordinator - EOS for a remote night shift role based in Canada. The role involves supporting global marketing campaigns and projects to ensure smooth execution of efforts and client deliverables.
The position involves collaboration with marketing leaders and project managers to oversee timelines, asset creation, and workflow improvements in a fully remote setting. This role is suited for an organized, proactive marketing professional skilled at juggling multiple priorities and working with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate various marketing projects from initiation through completion, maintaining schedule adherence and prioritization.
- Oversee project workflows and task organization using platforms like Asana or similar project management tools.
- Handle client communications including scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining relationships.
- Develop marketing materials, visuals, and campaign content utilizing design tools such as Canva.
- Coordinate channels including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media marketing efforts.
- Maintain content calendars, project documentation, and marketing records accurately.
- Prepare detailed meeting notes, presentations, reports, and status updates for internal teams and clients.
- Assist Marketing Leaders and Project Managers with daily task coordination and operational support.
- Monitor marketing campaign progress to identify risks or delays, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Uphold accurate marketing systems, documentation, and workflow management.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while preserving quality and consistency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and enhance team collaboration.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar marketing support capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage several marketing campaigns, projects, or client portfolios simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and collaborative teamwork aptitude.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or comparable platforms.
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 suites.
- Skilled in using Canva or related tools to produce marketing assets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, and digital marketing workflows.
- Strong organizational talents, precise attention to detail, and adept time management abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and high-standard deliverables.
- Competence in independent remote work combined with effective communication amongst distributed teams.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI productivity software, paid advertising channels, and SEO tools is beneficial.
- Preference for candidates experienced with U.S.-based customers or global teams working remotely.
- Availability to work night shifts aligned to Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
